Ingredients
- 2 oz Hazel 63 rum
- 1 oz spiced apple cider
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- optional: 1 egg white (for froth)
- cinnamon stick, apple slice, or lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
- Dry shake all ingredients, including the egg white, until frothy.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds, until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick or apple slice.
